When we think about audience we have to think about as who it is that we are writing for. Who will have an interest on our writing?

At the start of this class, I would say I was familiar with audience as I had also came across it in my English 1 class, however in this class I came to learn more about what is important when studying your audience for your text.

I learned we really must study our audience and take into consideration their academic level, reading skills as well as their needs and wants.The most important part is to understand how to write something that will keep the audience motivated to keep reading as well as break through to them.

An example I would like to point out is that during presentations in the class I heard that the class wanted to see more visuals on them or tried to paint an image with my worlds, so for the rest of the class I tried to make my projects esthetically pleasing as well as include more pictures and imagery. I also adopted this method to my other classes and got really positive feedback from my peers.
